1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any FugatiAI product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all FugatiAI products operated by HyperLogic Solutions, including Veritas and any future products under the fugati.app and fugati.ai domains. Individual products may have supplementary terms — where they exist, both sets of terms apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using FugatiAI, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@hyperlogicsolutions.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner that harms our services or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FugatiAI products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Process data you do not have the legal right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services.
• Use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in any activity that violates anti-spam laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
• Resell or sublicense access to our services without prior written consent.

5. Payments and credits

FugatiAI products operate on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the service. Pricing for each product is displayed on the relevant product website and within the product dashboard.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in the product-specific terms.

6. Intellectual property

All FugatiAI products, including software, design, content, and trademarks, are owned by HyperLogic Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our services. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in every case.

Email verification results are provided as best-effort assessments based on available signals at the time of verification. We do not guarantee deliverability of any email address.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperLogic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@hyperlogicsolutions.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
